- Can I try Team before committing?
- Yes. You can upgrade to Team at any time. If you cancel within the first billing period, you won't be charged for subsequent months.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade anytime from Basic to Team. Downgrade at the end of your billing period. Enterprise contracts are annual with flexible terms.
- What happens if I cancel my Team subscription?
- Your workspace reverts to Basic at the end of the billing period. Existing Team features (extra apps, team members) become read-only until you upgrade or remove them.
- How does billing work for team members?
- Pro is $49/month per workspace, not per user. Seat up to 10 team members at no extra cost. Each workspace has its own subscription.
- Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
- Yes. Contact us with your organization details for 50% off Team or custom Enterprise pricing.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit/debit cards via Dodo Payments (our merchant of record). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice (annual contracts).
